]]> It all started on 29th November when we arrived at pre-school and noticed that a strange little door had appeared in the Messy Room. It had a notice on the front saying ‘Little Helpers Wanted’ and a key hung up beside it.

On 30th November a pile of green glitter was left outside the door! How did it get there?

Today, the mystery appears to be solved. There is an elf outside the door sat in a safari jeep with more glitter on the floor.  We think that he may have come through our mysterious door. He has the door key hung around his neck.

]]> Thank-you to everyone who joined us in this year’s carnival parade. You all did a fantastic job in not very pleasant conditions! A big thank-you also to everyone that joined us on the craft afternoons and/or took things home with them to prepare. We couldn’t do it without all your help. In particular I would like to thank Vanessa for all her hard work in planning the outfits and co-ordinating the craft afternoons, and not forgetting creating Tracy’s fabulous costume! Has anyone got any photos? Special thanks to Tom for carrying out running repairs when the box decided to collapse!

Last week we had a lovely time at Tesco, Ilkley where we were invited to go on a ‘Farm to Fork’ trail. We have been looking all around Tesco at the different types of fruit and vegetables and even getting to eat a lot of them!
